I've tested it against my BP monitor and against the ones used by my GP at her office and results match. So, for that aspect, I give it a 5 star. The problem is the start button doesn't work after 4 months, which means after pressing it 540 times, it broke. That is a horribly low number and is so low it would require Amazon to take it off the market if it happens regularly. I am purchasing another to see if it is a standard failure for this product or a fluke.
