Is this an adjustable pillow or just the filling for a different pillow?

this is just filling, and it is a very small amount

I bought one of these pillows off Amazon last year....how do I get the free 1/2lb of filling under my warranty?

I asked and they wanted pictures for proof that my pillow was flat and the pillow case shredding... Very upset with this company at the moment since I'm having issues sleeping and cannot upload a picture right now for them.
