Hello. I'll try to help. I don't know that specific phone, but it should work. However, I think you'll need to connect a second cable for power (e.g. use the included USB-A - Micro USB). I hope that helps

This is a Windows issue. If you set the screen that you want to be your touch device as your Primary Display, it should work correctly. Also, some machines, depending on Windows version, may have "Tablet PC Settings" in which you can assign touchscreens.

Which Samsung? Phone or computer? If it's a newer USB-C from a PC or Laptop, that's all you should need. I'm not sure, from the phone, BUT I'd be surprised if there would be enough power for the screen... No big deal though: Just use the included micro USB cord, with a phone charger (or any other micro USB charger) and it'll work great. - Phil
