Seems to be helping
For the last several years I have not been able to lose weight. I have been eating a natural, lower fat diet, and fast 14-16 hours daily eating two meals a day, one being a fruit smoothie with supplements and amino acids added. I recently started adding this to my fruit smoothie, and am actually slowly losing weight.
