Q: What method do you do for engraving ?

Thanks for your interest in our product. We adopt laser engraving machine to do the engraving work.

Q: Does the laser engraving ever fade and how does one keep it shiny and clean so it won't fade? Even with proper cleaning, does it ever fade?

Mine takes a bit of abuse and is looking a little bit scratchy. If you wear it CAREFULLY, like don't go mountain bike riding with it or play sports with it, I'd imagine you MAY keep it in better shape than I have. Nice shiny finish though to the plating.

Q: how do you polish or clean the bracelet?

With plated jewelry, the best thing is to avoid harsh or stronger jewelry chemical cleaners, and definitely not rouge paste. You should get a "jewelers cloth" and only use that. It's a special cloth designed specifically for cleaning jewelry. Don't rub with it too hard if you use it on plated jewelry. It'll give a like-new shine.
