Hi, can this strip be cut into smaller parts? the 3m version states you can cut between any of the lights. i can't find this on the 5m version.

Yes it shoes you where you can cut

How long do the batteries last hours days or weeks

It usually last 1 week if you set the timer for 6 hours on, 18h off. I suggest you use the rechargeable batteries.

How does it work after cutting

As I haven't cut mine I can only give an educated guess. I would say that you would only be able to cut in the specified places to the length you actually need, and the piece that has been cut off is then redundant. I hope this helps.

Pictures are very misleading as the colours chance every 2 bulbs so it basically looks like an xmas decoration instead of different coloured segments.
