Great dark navy dye!
Very easy to use. I fell in love with some nude laser cut nubuk wedges to wear to my brother’s upcoming wedding, but I really wanted navy shoes to match my dress. I bought the shoes, and dyed them with this product. The dye came out as a very dark navy, but they are navy, not black. They are a shade darker than my dress, which looks nice. When dying shoes with this product, I’d recommend having qtips and a thin paint brush on hand to get into crevices, as well as rubbing alcohol and paper towels to clean any surfaces you accidentally touch. The wedges I chose are all leather, but the lining areas are smooth finished, not nubuk. If I was quick enough, I could wipe the dye off of them with alcohol, and it wouldn’t discolor. This was true for the buckle and soles too. The first layer I did had streaks, but they are minimal after a second coat. I also used a paint brush to lightly blend some areas that needed more dye. I found it easy to work with. At one point, I got too much dye in one spot, creating a reddish sheen. I was able to remove the excess dye with rubbing alcohol.I cannot attest to the claim from the company that the dye doesn’t require waterproofing, because I’ve decided to use a sealant. With the wedding being outdoors, I didn’t want to take a chance. Otherwise, i highly recommend this dye for suede and nubuk!

Great color, simple to use
This was easy to use. I could not find the boots I wanted in navy, so purchased this and a light color boot. After a little brushing, as suggested, they look great! No idea what will happen if they get wet though.

Worked great!
I had a pair of pale lavender clogs that my husband accidentally spilled coffee on that were otherwise brand new. I had been eyeballing another pair of royal blue clogs and I thought "aha! why don't I dye my purple ones?". So I did and they came out great. The dye was easy to apply (comes with the little dauber thingy) and my unwearable clogs were transformed in a manner of minutes.

Looks Black
I got the Navy color but it's so dark that it looks black. I dyed a swede tricorn pirate hat I bought and even with the lightest coat deluded it still looks like its black. It took the entire bottle to do the job too even after deluding it. If you want something blue go for a bright blue, navy just turns black.

Works very well
I’ve never dyed shoes before but it was easy to handle. It dries very quickly but you can get stain very quickly as well. Full coverage.

Ruined my boots
I followed the directions exactly on the package made sure my boots were thoroughly cleaned and brushed before I dyed them after the first layer. I noticed they were reddish. I was hoping after the second layer, they would return to their normal color, but they did not be very careful using this product because now I can’t wear these boots Completely ruined
