Useful device for USB power monitoring, but possibly the worst English I've seen in any manual
When powering up via USB-C the device does not power up with just the supplied load attached. A USB-C device must also be attached. This might be rather obvious (and the correct action) but it should be in the manual.It is easy to plug it in via a USB-A connector, see it switch on, then plug in a USB-C charger and nothing lights up - and falsely conclude that the USB-C is not working.The manual is written in very poor English - one sentence is over 80 words long and hard to decipher!Another sentence starts with: "The charging treasure the electricity first, and then plug in the table, the capacity of power through the button to reset, and then plug in the electronic load on the connection diagram..."!Otherwise, technically, its pretty useful I suppose - if one can decipher the instructions.

Excellent tester
Used to test a few power banks capacity and it worked very well.
