Q: What is the manufacturers warranty? I have purchased similar product only to find that the stitching fails after a year of use.

My understanding is it's a 1 year warranty. I have have several of these for my guys over a year. I use mine 6days a week but we are network engineers and use them for structural cable installation. So lighter tools than a carpenter. Hope that helps

Q: What's the weight of the apron?

It has some weight to it. Haven’t weighed it but it’s heavy canvas. I’d guess around 4 lbs. not really noticeable once you get it on
