Titanium Dioxide 1lb

This is the only TD I use for cold process soap making! It is water soluble and works great!

Used to make my own titanium white acrylic paint by mixing with matte medium or even mixing a bit in with premixed titanium white paint to make more opaque. Just mix in a small amount of distilled water as it's water soluble before mixing in to prevent clumping. Great investment for my painting experience.

Though I have no way of testing, I believe this to be rather pure TIO2 based upon the whitening and white residue left on containers. Seems like a good deal if you mix with body cream to make a sun blocker for nose and ears.

I use this on all my cement pots. I feel it brights the dull gray to a brighter gray. Always be care on the amount you add so you don’t compromise the strength of your cement project. Also I always mix this in the cement before adding water . I will work on a photo to compare I hope this helps!
