Can this FP knead pasta dough? How about bread?

I have used it to do bread dough that that turned out very well. I would imagine that. Yes it could do pasta dough also.

Are the discs and blades stainless steel?

2 are. The other is a hard plastic dough hook. I recommend buying. I really like this processor.

Storage box is not listed in description of parts included. is a storage box included with this item?

The NF701 12 cup, comes with storage box, just received it packed in the main box. Canceled the order for separate storage box. Also: bought the small chopper insert, comes with smaller blade, neither stainless turbo chopper blade fits in the storage box, only the dough blade, spindle and slicer/grater.... It might, sorta jammed in there on top of others.
