The media could not be loaded. This shelf is excellent quality. It comes with great directions. It was packaged very well, too. I will highly recommend that you have mechanical skills and experience for install. Things to consider are levelness of shelf brackets and if the wall you are choosing for install is plumb. We had to add a couple spacers for ours. It works great. My husband is very good at this type of work. It was about a 2 hour install.We installed it in our little casita (my playhouse) to use as a work desk, a table for food, and extra counter space.

Table is heavy and must be installed into studs. Brackets are strong. Be sure to take good measurements and use a level. It takes a strong drill to screw into studs. It took 3 people to install definitely not a single person install. But I love it, its beautiful, super functional and sturdy! Worth the time and effort to install it properly.

I saw mixed reviews and took the chance anyways. I put it in a cargo trailer so I could fold it down to have more space and then pop it up when the vehicle was not in the trailer. Packaging came in good condition and no blemishes on the counters. The counter folds up and down gently and easily. Better than expected. The gas shock makes a big difference when raising and lowering the counter. I looked into making my own and this was a cheaper route but the quality is still there. I would recommend for household use as well.

Easy to install once you find studs in wall. The spring on the wall mounts and the soft close did not work properly. But bc we use it for our laundry room and never close it.. it works great for what we need. Very sturdy.

I have 2 of these now! Awesome and super sturdy! Customer service is amazing when it comes to any issues. Highly recommend and I am sure I’ll be getting a few more down the road!

I have 2 of these now, they are extremely useful. They are a little trick to mount, but once they are up, they are great.

Whereas the unit is itself solid and functional, there are installation issues. The wood top is very hard and the screws need a lot of torque to drive them home. In fact more torque than the screws can stand resulting in rounded out cross heads. Secondly, the damper should have one end fitted with a pin and split pin. It's almost impossible to get a screwdriver behind the damper to tighten the second screws. I used one with a very long reach but not everyone owns one that long.
