I work as an administrative assistant at a private school for special needs children. We have been ordering these timers for quite sometime. However, the other day, one of our students had a behavior and broke one open. Once open, the student gained access to the glass inside and cut themselves. Not sure what we are going to do going forward but I just want to alert other people to this fact. These timers work great but just know that if opened it can cause harm.

I received the 24 timers that I purchase about four of them did not work

I have several timers. This is my favorite timer for short times (i.e. one to thirty minutes). It’s simple and fast. The on/off button is also very easy to use, which helps save the battery.

The timers work great. My students have accidentally dropped a few but they didn’t break. This is a great addition to our independent reading time.

I am using these timers to help students build their writing stamina. They work well and 150 kids have been handling them for about three weeks now and they are still running strong.
