I’m not going to say that this is the only thing I’ve used to lose weight, but it was a big part of my weight loss journey. I dropped 58 pounds. I take this twice a day, consistently, but also I’ve dropped my carbs considerably.

I started taking these and after 4 days of neon yellow urine, and feeling weirdly tired I decided to stop. Idk if I’m getting to many B vitamins with these & diet but these def made me feel off to the point my husband asked if I was alright. May be good if you have a diet lower in meat or natural b vitamins, but I don’t so these probably were not for me.

These pills are easy to swallow. So far I have not noticed any negative or adverse side effects from taking these.
