I look forward to the other good effects that I haven't had time to notice yet, but the anti-inflammatory effect alone is worth the money.

My previous brand was discontinued and finding a new brand was hard. I really like Thalacy. No extra ingredients and the capsule looks totally different from anything else I take. There is no aftertaste or stickiness to this capsule.
