I use this for my Himalayan cat. I think it helps to soften up the tear drops. I mix it in with his meals.

I've been using it for 10 days, and I can definitely see a difference on my white shih-tzu. I used the original formula years ago, and it was like magic, so I was a bit skeptical about the new formulation, but given the mostly positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. I divide the dose and give half in his morning and evening wet food, and he hasn't seemed to notice it. It's a very fine, dark brown powder, which mixes into wet food easily and has very little odor. My dog is on the cusp weight-wise, so I started with the lower dose, 1/4 tsp a day, for dogs 14 lbs and under. I debated on getting the chews because they seemed easier, but the powder is more economical and easier to control dosage. It works well with our feeding routine, so I'll stick with the powder for now. So glad this product still works because wipes and washes only go so far.

The product didn’t clear up for 90 days of using the product I have a while Bichion Frise. We used the product everyday and sign of clearing up.

Started this in December after finding a non chicken version (so i got the sweet potato since my dog has allergies to life 😭) I’ve used the wipes but they didn’t work back then, so thought i’d try the powder started it in Dec 2025 so has been a few months. His tear stains were bad when he was young because we were figuring out the allergy situation switching to RX diets then get better but then they’d stop working and come back he’s on Ultamino RC so best of the best, but we live in dusty central valley so does cause eye allergies. The eye boogies used to be pink even sitting in his inner corners but now they’re clear and he looks beautifuls. I have side views of his eyeballs from nov-dec 2025 to now
