no fitting issues (except a little plastering), so much quieter than last set and very surdy

Excellent build quality easy to install and works well.Reasonably priced and delivered promptly.

Give it a miss
Very poor quality timber and the fittings aren't much better. Arrived split from one corner and opposite corner split on installation. Latch position too high so not able to hold the door closed. 35years carpentry experience got me through installation but only after reinforcing everything including the ladder. You can buy a quality one from the builders merchants for the same money. Customer supplied!
