Pretty okay with the purchase so far. I was worried when I read these reviews but everything came looking good and it seems to hold what I put in it well. The backpack straps were inside the bag to be clipped on separately so I’m not sure how reliable those are, but it seems good. Hopefully won’t have to update with something unpleasant.UPDATE: Almost a year in and things are still looking good! I use it every day for work and some days I’ve put some really heavy stuff in there but it’s held up fine. Hopefully this eases anyone’s concerns!

It's cute

This bag is super cute and I love that the design allows me to switch the bag from a backpack to a satchel. The canvas fabric seems to be decent quality and the bag is sturdy enough to allow me to carry a few books around with me to and from work, however the clips on the front pocket of the bag are really low quality. I'm considering swapping them out for something a bit more sturdy.While I really appreciate how versatile the bag is, the provided straps are just way too long allowing the bag to sit too low. I've adjusted them to be as short as possible, tied knots in each strap, as well as attached the straps diagonally to provide better support for my back. I will most likely alter the straps in order to get a better fit.

I bought this bag for my best friends daughter. She was having a hard time finding a bag she liked for school. When she saw it she feel in love with it. She loves how she can carry the tote or use it as a backpack. The quality is very very good too.

My daughter picked this bag for school and it is cute, but it didn’t even last her 3 weeks into school. One Zipper broke, then the next one followed. Then the next day she picked up her bag and it fell to the floor because the hook for one of the straps broke off. I’m just glad it happen before the 30 days so I can get a refund .
