Great starter
My old started finally went out at 35 years. I bought the new Bosch and it works great in my 89 Camaro Iroc convertible. Very quiet

Amazing starter.
I was very impressed with the starter. It is a sturdy build and comes with everything you need to install including the spacers.

It didn't last.
About one week after it was installed it started to go bad. I found that for about one start out of five, it would be silent, so I had to turn the ignition key a second time, and then it started. I replaced it one week after that, to avoid the risk of getting stranded with a complete inability to start. My faith in Bosch products decreased.

Starts right up
My 69 Caddy starter would struggle when hot. Replaced it with this new starter and problems solved. Great Bosch quality and good price. Comes with shims if needed which is convenient.
