I brewed some for a community cooking school gathering, practically demonstrating to others the benefits of a plant-based diet, and this was a complete HIT! People couldn't believe it wasn't COFFEE until I displayed the packaging. Great product! Like most of these alternatives that have a weird aftertaste, I figured if I had it iced, then it would show its true colors. Oh boy, was I surprised!! Great as ICED COFFEE too? Sheesh!!
