It stimulates & massages my scalp
I was looking to replace a brush just like it I have had for 6 yrs. This is it. The bristles easily reach my scalp to stimulate and massage it. I wanted something that didn’t just brush my hair but took care of my scalp. The size is perfect to fit in my purse if I want. It also cleans my scalp & the brush when I use it while shampooing my hair.

Hairdresser Recommended
My hair dresser used this simple brush on customers and it really does take the tangles out quickly. It’s on the smaller side and not super hard plastic. Has a little flex to it in my opinion but well worth it for the money.

Warning, very stiff bristles
Bought this because I thought to myself, "It's a $5 hair brush, how bad could it be?". Well, bad enough for me to return it. The issue isn't with the construction of the brush itself (it's fine, although cheap feeling... but come on, it's $5), but the materials used. The bristles are *very* stiff and it was actually painful when the bristles didn't flex against my scalp; otoh, my wife said it was fine for her. 3-stars because you can't give half stars on Amazon, otherwise it'd be a 2.5. Probably fine for some people and not usable for others (like myself).

Worst brush ever...
This brush is awful. Flimsy. Child sized. Bristles scrape your scalp. If I hadn't used it - I'd return it. Get the FixBody brand one if you're in the market for a good vent brush. That's the one I was replacing, but I tried to save 4 bucks and ended up with this piece of junk. I'm off to order another FixBody one...

Exactly what I was looking for.
I just wanted to find an inexpensive, hard plastic vented brush with hard plastic spikes that looks exactly like this one. It was exactly what I was looking for, and the price was right. Why hard plastic? Other brushes are made of a softer, almost rubbery plastic. After a year or so, that softer material gets sticky. I don't know why, but that's why I prefer the hard plastic. This brush works great when your hair is dry or when your hair is wet. Detangles instantly.
