This became so usefull when I got it
I did not realize how much I would use this when I got it; I purchased it to drill tiny holes in RC car damper pistons, but I ended up using it to drill a lot of other things to make custom parts! The files are aggressive and come in usefull too. I though I would use the vice more, but basically haven't for anything. I though I didn't get all my drill bits at first, but the tiniest ones were hiding with other bits in the other slots. I even took all the bits out and I STILL missed one!The drill is cheap, felt scratchy when turning it, but I cleaned out the top part with WD-40 and it rotated in the hand more smoothly. All my drilling has been plastic, but I think I still managed to dull my 2mm bit a bit, to the point I use a smaller bit to drill a hole and then enlarge it with the 2mm.

Niupika pin vice
I like the vice and the drill handle. I tried the drill bits on some old plastic and they didn't drill. Lucky for me I had some old micro drills and they did the trick. That's the reason I gave it only three stars. I purchased the set for the micro drill bits and they don't seem to do the job as I expected. I'm sure at some point I'll be needing to use the bits again and I'll give them a try. If they work I'll revise my review of them. The drill handle and pin vice are nice and I'll be using them frequently in the future. They are made pretty good and will work for what I'm using them for. I think they might be able to do a little precision work but not really precise work. Drilling holes in plastic models will work fine. The case is a nice feature. It helps keep everything in one place. The files seem like they'd be a bit aggressive for what I need them for. I like the tools and since I've gotten them I've used them frequently for my projects.UPDATE: 25.March.2019I was trying to drill a hole in a plastic model head and even at the lowest speed, the drill bit wouldn't cut into the material. I used the hand drill first and I couldn't get any tails from cutting into the plastic and with the Dremel Tool the drill sort of melted into the plastic. I think the sharpness of the drill bits varies from each bit. I had some drill bits from 50 years ago and those cut into plastic just fine, the bits from this set aren't sharp at all.

Wanna know the price of vise in China? Look no further than this nugget of a morsel.
Sheerness? Thickness? It’s a vise, those ratings categories don’t really apply. The best I can do is say that it was worth the price, not the best quality and if it were a human it would have an adequately large penis. Sheer and thick.

It's ok, but I'd probably spend a little more for a better built tool.
It works great, but I'm giving 4 stars because of the fact that there is no way to properly keep the tools in place. You can tighten the handle to hold the bit but it slips very easy and is quite a pain. When it slips it goes all the way into the bit holder and is annoying to have to fish it out.

HIGH QUALITY
I have a die cast B-52 model of a plane my Dad piloted. I broke the plastic fuel tank off a wing (ARGHH). It was held on by two plastic pins which had snapped. They were 2mm in diameter. I needed to drill out the holes in the wings blocked by plastic and the blocked holes on the tank pylons which only allowed a 1mm clearance to the edge of the pylon. I am elderly and VERY shakey. Well, I had no problem centering the drill thanks to the included vise which secured the tank. I did oil the end knob on the hand drill which then operated smoothly. Used two hands. Length was perfect in my long fingered hands. This is a very well made product. Bits cut well. I started drilling with pilot holes using smaller diameter bits.

Good Buy
It is easy to use only gave 4 stars because I was only able to use the two smallest bits (or whatever they are called) once before breaking in half other than that it works as expected!

Good value for the money
Worth the money, not the smoothest one to operate but overall the price makes up for the rest
