Why can't I feel the heat?

The hand massager machine takes 3-5 minutes to warm up, so please wait for more than 5 minutes to feel the heat. Keep in mind that the heat is not extremely intense, but it's worth the wait.

Why is the vibration not as strong as expected?

The machine provides a gentle vibration massage, not a high-frequency percussion massage like a massage gun. It's designed for a soothing experience and is not a deep kneading shiatsu massage.

Does it heat the entire hand, not just the wrist?

Yes, the COMFIER hand massager heats the entire hand, effectively relieving carpal tunnel. It provides a comprehensive massage experience with compression, vibration, and heating therapies, ensuring effective relief for your hands and wrists.

Why does it make a slight noise?

The slight noise is normal working noise from the internal mechanism. We appreciate your understanding!

How do I know if it is charging or fully charged?

While charging, the indicator light flashes red. When fully charged, the indicator light turns green. Note: Charge the hand massager before using it.
