Product very poor made the scraper doesn’t work very poor and the suction either spits too much liquid or none at all now I have to wait 1 month to get my refund not very happy

Small, compact, all equipment worked correctly, clients love it.

Product came with an instruction manual as to how to set everything up, and what all the extra pieces were for. However, when testing everything out, I had the set the LED mask for 2 minutes. It came on, and stayed on less than a minute before going out. Now I can’t even get it to come on. I see from other reviews this is a reoccurring issue. I have my own LED light, so the mask was just a bonus for me, but if you’re getting this and want to use the mask, I would get a different brand/machine due to the many issues people have with the mask not working.

So far the product is doing its job. I think it’s a good product for the price. My skin is super soft after using it.

Treatment facial for salon

Hydradermabrasion tool doesn’t suck. The cold hammer didn’t get cold. The metal part of the radio frequency was coming off, I had to twist it back on.. the buttoned used to adjust the water flow and suction felt weird when twisting. Just very cheaply made…. Not giving professional at all.

idk why there are so many bad reviews, this thing is amazing. I’ve also provided a pic of where the solutions go. It’s so darn cute! Everything works.
