Review: Ain't got no color - Not the same as previous gold fish flakes. I buy these flakes several times per year, for my outdoor goldfish in my pond. These flakes are a different color than any of the others i have purchased. The normal ones are color flakes and are generally redish in color, where as these are kind of a dull green. My goldfish haven't actually complained any, and they seem to eat them up just fine, but they are definitely not the same as usual.

A: These flakes will float on the water.

**Q: I ordered a 3.53oz package and received a 0.42oz package.  "Sale final", no return. I need a replacement or refund. I cannot find a link to help?**
A: Go to Amazon and sign in. Than go to my orders. When you find this order there's a link to return. Or at least should have. They will ask why, you answer product is not as description.
Than they ask if you want refund or replacement. I would pick refund.

Not the same as previous gold fish flakes. I buy these flakes several times per year, for my outdoor goldfish in my pond. These flakes are a different color than any of the others i have purchased. The normal ones are color flakes and are generally redish in color, where as these are kind of a dull green. My goldfish haven't actually complained any, and they seem to eat them up just fine, but they are definitely not the same as usual.

Subscribed to this item, 5 pounds. Goldfish absolutely love it! Been getting correct item a few times now and when it automatically ordered again, we received wrong item that was not vitamin c enriched. Customer service helped fix the problem with a refund. Opened before i noticed wrong item. After refund, tested to see if fish will eat it. They were begging for food and as soon as they touched the food, they spit it out and refused to touch it.
