Also, it is very shiny when dry?** A: It is a thick product to start. So be sure not to put on a thick coat, also, do not keep going over where you've placed it. It can become cloudy. Be sure to allow it to fully dry. It should not be tacky. I love this product, and when I put a coat on my decoupaged seashells, the final product is so smooth and glossy It looks like porcelain China. I've tried other thick glosses and this is my favorite.
