Good quality product with clear labelling for intended resistance for each colour band. I was able to complete my intended workout with ease. The only problem I had was the bands slipped if tension wasn't quite tight enough but then again that is expected and reminded me to put more tension on the band.These bands are perfect for beginners and more advanced athletes alike.

Brilliant product well priced and a perfect help while the gyms are closed. Follow up email was really well received and the website is very helpful for beginners. Would by again for friends and will be looking into other products.

A reasonably good product. Looks like a good made, not likely to snap if you use it in a proper way.I haven't downloaded the instructions, but there are plenty of videos online. It can be used in a very simple way.

These bands arrived so quickly and as described which is great. However, the bands move around when you are exercising and aren't as strong or durable as fabric bands. I probably should have invested in them.

this was my first time getting resistance bands and i really like them! have done two workouts so far with them and they are brilliant. there is plenty of strength difference between the lightest and heaviest so it’s great for beginners and those who are more advanced. they are quite thin but i haven’t had any problems so far!

Haven't had the opportunity to properly use the bands but am really pleased with the fast delivery and packaging of the bands.Was aware of some reviews stating that the "how to use" exercises manual isn't provided however, I've received an email about downloading this so don't have any issue at all with not having the manual integrated within the item. If anything, it's a bonus as it's on my laptop at all times.Really happy, so thank you very much!

Great bands in a variety of resistance. Sturdy and perfect & adaptable for all. Price point is amazing as well. I own a Pilates studio and I am very happy with them

Bellissime, le ho provate tutte e 5 e sono come le volevo cioè facili da usare, elastiche, non si rovinano per niente e non hanno un cattivo odore. Ho un livello di attività fisica avanzata ma queste bande sono ottime per qualsiasi esercizio del corpo decidete di fare. Insieme alle bande, ho trovato anche un sacchettino per portarle ovunque e un bigliettino dove si troveranno tanti esercizi da fare. Bellissime, ne comprerò altre e ve lo consiglio
