Sad Girls

I highly anticipated the release of this hook. I own Lang Leav's poetry books, so was excited to see her debut novel. It did not disappoint. She weaves the storylines and develops the characters beautifully. Wonderful writing. You find yourself on the edge of your seat, feeling like you're connecting the dots as you go, but there are several twists to the story.

Amazing! I couldn't put the book down and had to finish it in the same day.I've always been a fan of Lang Leav and so I was extra excited for this book. And it did not disappoint at all. The way she developed the characters and the story line was amazing and just captivating.She described the emotions of the characters really well too and you almost could feel on their behalf.Highly recommend this book!

Honestly purchased thinking it was a poetry book of hers. Tried to return but was going to spend the double amount. This is a teen drama book that someone younger might like. It was written well but I did not particularly enjoy.

This book has me feeling every emotion from sorrow to horror to joy. I loved every moment of it. The love was so intense i could feel it coming from the chapters. the heart ache was real and nostalgic reminding me of last relationships where I could definitely relate to. This book was so good, thank you Lang .

The way in which the book has been written is decent, it is the plot that lets it down entirely. It is so cliché. I haven't finished the book yet (half way through), but it just seems like everything is far too convenient. She doesn't finish school yet she gets a great internship. She earns nothing, not to worry though, she can live in her friend's uncle's gorgeous house for FREE. Oh and it is ever so close to her internship.. what a coincident. I read another review that said it was like a wattpad book and I have to agree. It is almost like she drew her inspiration from Anna Todd's wattpad book, After. It's interesting enough but I find the dialogue between the characters very unnatural. I also keep getting annoyed because the characters have everything handed to them on a silver platter and all their problems are always just suddenly made better.

What a beautifully intricate story of love & loss. It was like finding yourself & losing yourself over many years. Floods you with feeling you wish you could relive over again. I cannot wait to see what else she may have in store for future novels.

I was skeptical about buying the book at first due to some reviews, but i bought it anyway and i really loved it! I read it 4 times. One of my favorite books i highly recommend everyone gives it chance!

I fell in love with this book immediately, from the first lines. Beautifully written and structured, like Leav roped a string, from the words, around my heart. The way she constructs the characters, the themes, and the experiences of love is amazing. And she's right -- it does unite us all.

This book is full of twist, kept me on my toes throughout.
