This is my second one from this company and I love these waist trainers. Over the summer I bought a medium never having worn one before. Let me say this .... I dove into this thing with a open and positive mind if it worked then great we can go from there. When I first got it I was a 29 waist and now have shrunk down to a 25 When I first tried it on it took me 10 min of laying down and sucking in to get it hooked. I slowly eased into how long I wore it by the end of the week I was able to wear it all day then it just became easier and easier. I also used a hot cellulite Muscle cream to help shrink it more. By the end of the summer around August it was to big for me and had to downsize to a small. I have already worked my way to the last row in the small and ready for xs . Iam able to wear mine for 11 to 12 hrs everyday. If u are patient open minded and consistent I say give it a try.

I got the solid black one and it's been working well as a mid-lumbar support. I have an old back injury that requires support when lifting and doing certain chores and this was a decent option for the price. The velcro is thick and very adjustable just be careful not to wrap it too tight. It makes you look thick like a sexy sausage around the middle rather than hourglass, but that doesn't matter very much to me as I just want something that offers good support and this fulfills that purpose.

It's so adjustable and even when it's tight it's not uncomfortable or painful.

Love the product overall the Velcro in the middle just wore out fast

Wish it was just another 3 o 4 inches longer, but the velcro is very strong and I am able to keep it secured.

Definitely worth it. Cheap and made well. It’s good for painful back or preventative back strains. Perfect for the gym and or around the house I love how secure it makes me feel. Also it helps slim the mid section down while you sweat in the areas targeted

💥please make more of smaller for small girl size xs ,xxs the high is perfect but the length is too long , and the second double adjust waist belt is way too long !!! My first day of using this product I am already maxed out of the second adjust belt as you see will see in the pictures I wish it could be a little bit shorter so I can compress and tied it more!! Pretty much is my problem is on the second adjust belt too long , but the quality is the best super comfortable ,MY waist is 26 inches ( I’m 5’1 and 125 lbs my Measurement is 36/26/38 I ordered size small , Please make smaller size or lets customer a choice to do custom order !! Still a lot of smaller lady love to wear your waist trainer product but it’s just too big for them , I hope this review would help another girl to make the decision thank you 💥

So i really like the idea of this waist trainer . My first trainer had Velcro on the outside straps but the straps themselves didn’t attach to the trainer so the straps would slide when i worked Out no matter how much i tightened Them. The additional Velcro straps attaching to the trainer are very effective for working out . My biggest problem is i wish The torso was a lil longer. If i Place the trainer over my fopa then fat pushes up toward my boobs which is a really weird look. If i place the trainer higher on my waist it looks Better but then my target area (fopa) isn’t getting the effect from it . Also unfortunately I’ve worn it alot for about 3 months and the seams started to unravel :( but i would still give 4 stars due to it being a trainer that doenst move when i work Out . But be warned could be because i washed It a Few times since i use It so much. First picture is me showing how it looks Over my fopa. But also it’s not strapped tight there I’m just showing how it’s not long enough. It can go much much tighter when what’s shown there. Second picture is me putting it over my waist and you can see how my waist looks excellent. I’m 5’8 started at 232 when i first Bought it I’m about 217 in that picture .

Perfect size, fits perfect, amazing buy. Not meant for a long torso. I got the large and I personally just me want like another inch. Seriously for working out or just plain waist training buy it. It's not meant for under clothes to be slimming or anything...It's nice and tight how it's supposed to be.Its uncomfortable exactly how a waist trainer should be. Make sure you are actually wanting a waist trainer. Learn about it first before you buy. Do your research about waist trainers before you leave a stupid review like some people did. If you already know and want a cheap good product give this one a try. Its deffinantly worth it.

too chunky for my wifes outfits....please order a size larger, but be aware that this item is more like a weight lifting belt, therefore it's not great for a tight fitting dress etc

Good size ( I ordered small) also good quality. I have it for 1.5 years now

i have to to stick the hook to the pick colour part, I am 160cm and 55kg. in size 10 and I bought M. does the work though

Very nice but a bit too small. Not the size we thought as we measured before ordering it.
