Cuts well, sharp. And its made in Portugal not in China like so many other cheap knives.

solid little santoku knife
This is a really impressive knife for cutting smaller items like fruit and vegetables. It is very sharp and feels good in my hand, though there are some noticeable defects on the handle. Good quality overall

Good and useful knife, but!
But it’s not very sharp, very comfortable handle and weight but no where near the description of razor sharp and no wear near as sharp as by Victorinox knives which are in same price range but super sharp…a bit disappointing because reviews particularly said it was very sharp.
