Clover Tracing Wheel Blunt Edge, #144, Beige

This works well with tracing/transfer paper. I bought the Saral brand of paper and this works pretty good with it. I use the serrated edge for piercing through layers of paper, while this one is reserved for transfer paper. Very sturdy, not wobbly, well built, and comfortable to use. Highly recommend Clover brand.

This felt very sturdy and didn't bend, even though the transfer paper I was using required a lot of pressure to make marks. I've never used this method before (usually just cut pattern tissue and fabric together) so I can't give too detailed a review but this does seem well made.

The perfect tool for tracing with high quality "carbon paper". There are many uses for this tool but ours was tracing.

It is comfortable to hold (I have carpal tunnel), rolls freely doesn't wobble tear up my paper & lines are easier to see.

I guess I should've paid more attention before buying. I thought "blunt tip" meant the wheel without any little teeth on it, just the smooth wheel. I already have one of these with a more ergonomic grip that I love, but I'll keep this one around as a backup or maybe to gift to a friend in a kit later. I've had this wheel before, and it's a very good quality tracing wheel. Mine only stopped working after years and years of use. If you don't have any trouble with your hands that you'd need a wider handle, this is absolutely worth every penny.

I bought it to use on patterns so as not to damage them, anyone who sews knows how fragile those tissue patterns are. It isn’t all that blunt though, it wasn’t kind to my patterns.

Affordable and sturdier than most out their. It was delivered fast and worked out great for what I needed.
