Nordic Ware Elegant Party Bundt Pan, 22.3 x 9.3 cm, Gold

I got several of the Nordic ware bund pans , love them all easy release and clean up and make my cakes look so beautiful great quality simply the best

It is a simple design but it is elegant and I am in love. Works well for most cakes but I tried to bake a pound cake in it and I need a 12 cup Bundt or bigger for that. I used baking spray and it slid right out. The pan is sturdy and the quality of the pan it great. I would buy another one if they had it in other sizes.

If you like to bake Nordic Ware is the brand to buy. Bundt pan produces a beautiful shaped cake. After following directions about buttering the Bundt pan my cakes come out perfect. I highly recommend Nordic ware for all your baking needs. All their products are very durable and wash up nicely.

I was disappointed when I first opened the box with this bundt pan inside: it was much smaller than I had imagined. I was thinking it would be the same size as the Classic Bundt pan--but with the advantage of having perfectly shaped slices. Well it DOES have perfectly shaped slices--just smaller. I debated about sending it back, but just now finished baking a cake in it, and it's such a beautiful little cake. And here's the amazing thing: it came out PERFECTLY with not a single crumb stuck to the pan! But that could be because I also purchased at the same Vegalene food release spray. Both the pan and the spray were spoken of in a blog post by King Arthur Flour. They also recommended using a small offset spatula (which I also purchased on Amazon) to help release the edges of the cake. Well, the "folds" of the design are too narrow to get that spatula in there. I was disappointed about that and assumed my cake was going to be stuck. But with 5 minutes to cool upright (as taken out of the oven) and 5 minutes turned over, I gave it a shake or two and it released immediately and as cleanly as shown in the photo. As I said, this has never happened to me before--having a cake come out perfectly like that--and I've made a lot of bundt cakes. This may be the only pan I use from now on.

These pans make really lovely cakes. It only has a 10-cup capacity so I'm careful to leave a 1-1.5" depth empty at the top because if the cake rises higher than the ribbed sides, you get extraneous blobs of cake around the bottom edge, which isn't so elegant. For that reason, I sometimes wish the pan were larger so I could put a full bundt recipe in it, but I have larger bundt pans when I need a really big cake and I just put any extra batter in a small pan to bake separately. The result is very pretty, a breeze to slice and serve, and the pan is easy to wash. I highly recommend King Arthur Flour's "Lemon Bliss Cake" recipe. It's such a crowd pleaser, I've made about 6 of them in the last year. (And the recipe's illustration shows a cake made in this pan!)

Love this cake pan. One review said cake stuck to sides, but I have used it several times without that problem. My best friend loved it, so I bought her one for her birthday and she loves it too!

Good quality, solid pan. easy to unmould. The cake looks perfect and slices to perfect bite sized pieces. I ended up buying 2 of them. I love Nordic ware cake pans. And the free shipping to Malaysia was the big push for me to buy from Amazon. Keep it up!

Looks like a high quality product. The form is a lot heavier than the cheaper ones that you can buy in the supermarket. Tested it today for the first time. Cake didn’t stick and got off smoothly. Form looks very elegant

Have only used once so far, and my Pumpkin Spice Bunt cake was cooked amazingly. The edged did not burn like other pans, and it slide right out when cooled (I used flour to dust).

Amazing sturdy bundt cake pan. Arrived with minor scratches (I don't mind). Cake plops out easily (I butter the pan and spread bits of dough on top of the butter). Easy washing and care.
