What is the strength of this product? 7.5% or 10.0%?

Active ingredient is shown as 10% but also equivalent to 1% available iodine. Strange Amazon doesn't require this type in information on its web products.. I have seen similar mysteries elsewhere on Amazon.

Can it be used to brush teeth? Or as a mouth rinse, if so should it be diluted?

i use it, by adding a part of into water inside a water-pick reservoir. works great. within a week i stopped having gum problems. turned my gums nice and pink. seen in on a utube video by a doctors clinic to eliminate gum issues. if you have any gum separation on teeth. water pick using water and this cleans those areas out great. i of course brush first with non-fluoride toothpaste.

What strength iodine?

The label says 10% providone iodine according to the product facts specs on the back of the bottle.

Can I use this solution for gargling and sore throat?

Yes, i use this at 5:1 water dilution (between 2 - 2.5% by volume) for both nasal inhaler and throat spray. No harm. The anaphylactic shock reference is for those who are allergic to iodine. MAKE SURE YOURE NOT ALLERGIC 1ST!! Look up how to safely test yourself. Stay healthy folks!
