The first one I tried made me feel very lousy. It is hard to describe the feeling. I was very anxious, nervous and agitated. I don't know if the ingredients in the product interacted with something I ate or if it was because I drank the whole 16oz bottle mixture in one short time span. After that I drink the product more slowly and have not had problems. The other two electrolyte products I've tried have had better results. I tried this one because it is much lower in sodium than one of the other two that I tried

I have a boost of energy, I am sleeping much better and the taste is delicious. I can’t imagine going a day without it!!!

Seemed to work very well, my knotting and cramping of calf muscle during sleep is almost completely gone after I sawed it off with a hacksaw. Great product.

I feel good after I drink this, but it’s a struggle to get down. The smell is a turn off and I have to hold my breath and chug it down. Reminds me of medicine.

I like the fact that it's made from natural ingredients and the single serving packs. The stevia taste seems to be stronger in some and so much in others. And I don't care to much for that.
