My podiatrist recommended this brand for my heel spurs/plantar fasciitis/achilles fasciitis along with a new pair of good sneakers. I chose the sizing based on my shoe size and they fit absolutely perfectly with no trimming needed. The insoles have a modest arch which was infinitely better than what the shoe came with. After just one day of wearing them, I felt significant pain relief in my heel and arch. The memory foam is very comfortable and lightweight. Additionally, I had zero pain in my arthritic big toe which was a huge improvement. Previously I had tried some Dr Scholls inserts I found in the drugstore but they don't even compare to the Powerstep. They are definitely worth the price.

Hands down the best shoe inserts on the market. When I purchased these I was on my feet walking on a concrete floor around 50 hours a week. The arch support reduced my leg and back pain, and overall fatigue. I also have pinched nerves in my back, and these inserts delayed the onset of Sciatic nerve pain while standing for several hours. In normal shoes I'd start feeling like my leg was on fire within 30 minutes. When I replace my shoe insert with these, it generally gives me an extra 30 minutes to 1 hour of relief depending on what I'm doing. For the pain relief these give me, they are worth every penny. Every time I know I will be on my feet for hours at a time for a job, I immediately buy a new set of these. They go well in muck style boots too, and the sizing has always been spot on. I've never had to trim a set, or reorder because what I got was too short. These are pretty durable, but if you're on your feet in a factory for 8 to 12 hours a day I'd recommend getting a new set every 3 months for the maximum benefit. If you have an FSA account, you can usually spend your FSA money on things like this. Just make sure as to whether you need a letter of medical necessity before you purchase.

My favorite insole. I've repurchased this insole many times. I work in food service and have heel spurs/plantar fasciitis/achilles fasciitis, and am on my feet for hours on end. Bad combination i know. This insole really helps my feet feel 100 times better at the end of the day. Without them or when they are worn down (they last about 4-6 months), the pain is unreal, so much so that I am crawling around my house on my hands and knees so i don't have to stand. But with them, my feet still hurt, but not as badly, and I can walk!! I will probably keep on purchasing these till I can get custom insoles. The price could be better, but they are also so nice. But 50 dollars every couple of months hurts my pockets. If i could give one critic though i wish the toe portion of the insole were wider. Or if they provided a wide toe option. Because I've been buying shoes with wider toe boxes and they now slip off the sides a bit.

great insert, a little expensive, but far less than the $400.00 I spent on a custom carbon fiber pair.

These have been probably one of the most comfortable insoles I have worn. They took about a week of use for them to break in and get very comfy. However, over about a year of use, the memory foam on these insoles have very badly worn away. I am also not a very active person. The wear in my pictures is from mostly walking in them every once in a while for a year. I've read comments that the memory foam variation is not as good as PowerStep's other insoles. I am now trying a non-memory foam insole from PowerStep and hope that it lasts better than this.

I'm recovering from a badly broken foot and walking was very painful until I got these insoles. I had tried Dr. Sholes (garbage), so I was skeptical about this brand too, but these insoles are legit. They work! I went on a trip and spent hours and hours on my feet and these insoles saved me. They are very supportive, not bulky, and the arch support is subtle, but effective.

Use it for work
