You will eventually need these, and they do the job nicely
After using my Jabra Evolve 75 headset for remote work for several years, I noticed that the existing earpads were showing significant wear, as depicted in the picture. Luckily, removing the existing pads was a breeze with a simple 1/8 counterclockwise twist. Both the original yellow pads and the 'pleather' pads were then taken off from the plastic connector. Installing the new pads over the old connector was easy, then to the headset with a simple clockwise twist.I've been using these new pads for about 2 weeks now, and I haven't noticed any difference in comfort or sound quality. This simple solution extends the lifespan of these fantastic headphones without making them look worn out due to earpad deterioration.As for the other negative review(s), you can see that I've provided pictures of the before and after... they install fine and in an acceptable manner. After completing I wouldn't be able to distinguish them from a new headset. I'm reasonably handy, so perhaps my approach to inexpensive replacements may not be the same as others.

Terrible product
This items is absolutely terrible. It’s not the correct size for the evolve 75 ear cushion. Also the material is not as soft as the original Jabra ear cushion. The Jabra ear cushion has a plastic frame that is allows it to attach to the headset. In order to use this replacement ear cushion you have to that off and move it to the this replacement. The Jabra ear cushion has some sort of tape that helps the ear cushion stay in place. This replacement doesn’t, so it’s very hard to get it back on. Overall this product should be a zero. Not recommended.
