I was hesitant about buying them because I had never heard of the brand, however, I was very pleasantly surprised. They are very smooth, the colors are vibrant and crisp and the sparkle pens are just amazing! Will definitely be buying more of these when my current ones run out!Also, just to note what I use them for : I use them to color books like The Enchanted Garden and the likes. I opened them up and started playing around with a Zentangle, and they felt and looked almost like paint. The consistency is perfect. About 4 of the pens have a little bit of sparkle to them, and they look really nice, too. There are many different colors and palates to choose from, and I personally think the amount of pens is perfect. Like any other gel pens, just be careful about waiting for a few seconds for them to dry off so that it doesn't smear, but compared to other gel pens, I'd say these dry just as fast if not faster. I'm excited to use these to doodle, and also to write in my journal. They will be great to grade papers and highlight/annotate studies as I read them. It will motivate me to get away from my computer sometimes and put some ink to paper, because they are so fun. I definitely recommend these pens. :)On a side note, the packaging and overall messaging of the product is awesome. I really appreciate the message of creativity and expression, as well as following your dreams! It is a wonderful product and I will definitely buy these as gifts in the future for kids, teens, and adults. Well, I've discovered that most of the pens are from the same supplier and shipped to different companies which sell them under their own name. I really don't have anything to complain about any of the pens I've received. These are great pens and work wonderfully. I love working with them and have added them to the tremendous supply of pens that I have. I have used them in different books and find that they have great ink flow. I love the jewel colors and love blending the lighter colored ones with the darker tones. I'm a user of pens and markers and use them together to create my vision of the pictures I'm coloring.
