I absolutely love this leash. I got it in orange. I love that it is reflective for evening walks, I love the little leather stopper to keep the leash high on my dogs neck, I love the feel of it in my hands BUT if you have a pullers watch out for rope burns. I've gotten them many times. I hold half the leash in my hand so when my little guy pulls or stops to sniff something, the rope zips through my hands and gives me little rope burns.

When the hook on the leashes we ordered was being caught on the leashes and fraying them, Fida did not hesitate to make it right. They said to keep the leashes that we had and that they would work on fixing them and send us new leashes. They not only kept their word and sent us new and improved leashes, they also added some goodies to the box, such as poop bags and brushes because they knew we were an animal shelter and that we could probably use them. They were right! That was a very kind gesture and much appreciated! Their customer services is above and beyond in a time where that's not always the case. We’ve used this nearly every morning since we bought it, and although we like it, it definitely loosens very easily. The leather cinching mechanism easily moves up and down the rope and if you want to keep it the same tightness you may have trouble. I would buy this again, but it doesn’t stay tight as one might want for a slip lead.

Appears to be well made, only one observation.The leash is made up of a braided sleeve around a core. While this gives it a lot of strength it also means that there is some stretch in the leash. This results in the leash stretching a little before the dog feels the effect of the correction. Not a major issue, just something to be aware of if you are switching from a woven or chain leash that doesn't have any stretch to it.

Love the slip leads for rescue and transport. These are easy on and off for when you're working with multiple dogs. I even love them for my personal dogs.

I had to have first one replaced, it was delivered with what looked like a burn mark. Not sellers fault but it was not convenient for me to drop it off somewhere to have it returned. My dog really pulls but this seems to be helping immensely!

I decided to try this lead because Mendota didn’t have what I was looking for. Even my husband commented that he liked it.

Product is perfect for my medium sized dogs I care for. Nice to have in the car as a backup.

My dog likes to pull and this slip leash is effective esp when in correct position near the top of his head. The leash is easy on my hands too, no rough rubs.
