Very effective
I like the minty smell, and when the mint combo seeps into my aching muscles for spasms or knots or arthritis pain, it helps tremendously! I always order a bottle for my parents and of all the different rubs we have tried, this seems to work the best.

Use this as a prep before workouts. Usually use on shoulders and elbows and it helps “warm” them up.

Warm it Up
This is my miracle cream. At the recommendation of a doctor, I use it before runs to warm up muscles. It smells strong but the benefit out weighs the odor. I've been using this for almost two years. I do suggest applying with a glove if you don't want everything you touch to taste like menthol or burn because as with all pain creams it doesn't wash off well.

Foot pain relief
