I was going to get some fancy Mac, Wusthof and Zwilling knives but for the price of one I know have a complete set and they are, so far, amazing.Razor sharp, well balanced, good grind. Holds an edge. Excellent value.In theory not dishwasher proof however these handles wrap fully around the tang so you could but the edge would probably fade and you might get the odd rust spot (I have an old Sabatier chef's knife of the same steel that goes through the machine and has the odd spot.) For now they are getting the hand wash princess treatment.

I got this knife at a discounted price: at first I was sceptical about buying a knife from this brand, there are plenty of branded and well known knife brands, but I took a gamble and was greatly rewarded. Like Gordon Ramsay said "Let the knife do the work", this knife will literally work for you. Cuts almost anything like butter.
