Elevate your feet and put them further forward

Q: How do I get replacement screws and nuts?

Go to Home Depot and use the other screws that came with it But you should put it on and leave em on no need for replacement

Q: Just a general question: Should a beginner use 9.5" or 12" high parallettes?

Not sure that it matters, but you may be able to do more creative exercises with a larger set.
