I have been using this pregnancy support belt for the past few weeks, and I can really feel the difference. The upgraded fabric is much softer, more breathable, and comfortable to wear all day. This is my first pregnancy so i wasn’t expecting the back pain. I invested in this pregnancy belt and instantly felt relief in my back because of how it lifts my belly and takes the pressure off my back! It’s comfortable, durable, and feels nice and stretchy. The Velcro seems to be holding well so far. It gives me the right amount of breathing room without feeling too hot on my skin. Overall, I’m happy with this belly band!

This is easy to put on and I like that it can be used throughout each trimester and post partum. It lifts the belly and supports for sure, I don’t get overly hot wearing it(I’m in Phoenix), it held up during washing, and my sensitive skin doesn’t get irritated. I do try to take it off after a couple hours to let to reduce complete dependency. Giving 4 stars because it doesn’t reduce pelvic pain - I have been instructed by OB to get KT tape for that instead. But if you’re looking for support carrying the weight and reducing load on muscles then this product is great.

I’m 20 weeks and honestly the early-pregnancy insert that came with it did nothing for me, basically zero support. Switched to the full brace and it’s a totally different experience. My lower back pain is so much better on the days I wear it, and for the price I really can’t complain. Only thing is it keeps scrunching up in the back, so I’m not sure if I’m wearing it wrong or just need to adjust. Still working that part out. But overall glad I got it. Good value, real support. Worth it.
