I needed a rainsuit for warmer weather when I won't be wearing heavy clothing so I ordered the large. The fit is perfect while wearing summer time clothing. If I need to wear the suit during cooler times of the year it might be a little snug with a sweatshirt but doable. If I was buying this suit for primarily colder times of the year I would have gone with the XL. Inseam is a little long as well as the sleeves but that's more due to my body shape than cut of the suit.
