**Q: How is the battery life on this?  Purchased an Inspiron that has a 4hr battery life; terrible.**
A: I had issues with the laptop and had to return it.

**Q: How many usb ports?**
A: One traditional USB 3.2, then two Thunderbolt 4 ports which can be used/converted to a variety of options.

**Q: What edition (home/Pro/etc) windows is installed?**
A: Windows 10 Pro, we can configure  the laptops OS any way depending on the order, QTY needed, etc. Thank you

**Q: Is the weight 5 lbs? All other 7420's have been 3.0 lbs or less.  If it's 5 lbs why?**
A: No it’s not
