Connection issues and worst customer service
Setup is complicated. Most people now a days have laptops as their main computers. Most laptops don't come with CD roms anymore. I can't get the camera working because I can't load the app and can't connect to the camera. Also directions state that you have to set IP address of camera to your desktop. I can't just connect to my NVR. All of my IP cameras are plug n play. Just connect and they give you an IP address. This camera doesn't do that. So advanced but so prehistoric. I can't properly rate the functionality of unit, if I can't get it to work. My rating is based on trying to set up and use unit. Also sent a wechat message and hours later still no reply.Worst technical support ever. Very slow response time. Very vague responses. No direct links to problem solving. Nothing they say is detailed enough to fix problem. They want you to download software, but don't show you the links to get there. And trying to search nothing comes up that they told me to download.

Camera only supported by Windows XP
Useless. PTZ does not function, or zoom. Static picture no replies from vendor when e mailed on issues.

bought 3 of these for my office. 2 of the 3 have gone bad. I'm done...

NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY from China Direct. Chinesse Products a re ok but buying direct gives you know options

Very Pleased
Service was great even 2 years after I bought it.If you have problems setting it up give them a chance to help you.The build quality and picture are worth the effort.I use Blue Iris and it works great!When you open it up to insert the SD card you will appreciate the quality.Supper value!!!
