Unfortunately, I had to be on antibiotics for five months and it completely messed me up down there. I have a high ph of 7 and Flora Power brought it down to a 6 overnight! I take one suppository three times a week every other night and it helps with the burning and itching. It's been such a relief to have something when things are feeling painful and off. Resetting your ph and flora takes alot of time but these suppositories really help with the horrible symptoms in the meantime.

My midwife recommended this product and I’m so glad she did! I feel like it worked so well! I was having some itchy uncomfortable times while pregnant and it cleared up within the first 2-3 days. Good product and affordable. Will buy again if needed in the future

Genuine review here, my gosh this product is absolutely horrible. I used it after curing a yeast infection where I had felt great for about a week after curing. I put this in thinking it would help rebalance my ph, and i thought i had a yeast infection again because it burned so bad and bleeding. I didn’t realize at this point that it was these pills so i stopped using them and started taking yeast pill medication again and all was better. (Better bc I stopped taking these, didn’t know at the time) A month later, all was good down there and I wanted to use these after having sexy time, still not knowing it was this stuff that was causing me burn and bleeding in the past, I used them again, and again burning and bleeding (not my period). This time went to the doctor and find out I had severe irritation It made me bleed, it made my v burn for literally 4 days. Obviously I stopped taking and sure enough I found relief after about 4 days of burning and bleeding. Just a brutal unnecessary experience. Miserable product

*** UPDATE LADIES PLEASE READ!! If you’re experiencing those yeast like symptoms from the overgrowth of good bacteria with these capsules.. buy the killer or any other brand of boric acid and mix mix mix!! A little work yes, but so worth it and keeps bv away!! Also saves money. I only use a quarter of the flora power capsule and I dump it into the top half of a boric acid capsule. You may have to dump just a small bit of the boric acid out but not much. This works and leaves me itch and swelling free. Only use a half of a capsule or a touch more if you really feel like you’re off balance but the key is to do this weekly. One flora power capsule gives me 3 to 4 uses. I personally use Monistat boric acid capsules, they are cheap!! You can buy separate empty capsules but I don’t think it’s really necessary. No clue what advice to give to you ladies who are extra busy lol I only get down twice a week so it works for me 😅😩 If you are having issues, these will absolutely get the job done!! But if you are trying to prevent issues.. I would not recommend. I only use them after sex to ensure freshness but they always cause swelling and itching that lasts for a couple of days. Again, this is if you don’t already have an issue because they are probiotics so if your good bacteria are not out for the count, you’re adding way more than you need. It was so bad I had to dig into my emergency stash of metronidazole to kill some of the good bacteria. They are super strong!!

Talking about personal topics can be tough, but guys, I still can't believe this myself. At first, I thought it was too good to be true. Yet, in just a few days—maybe even less—the odor was completely gone! Not just faded, but entirely vanished—even after insertion. My lady bits went from unpredictable weather to sunny skies in just a few days. No side effects, easy application. The Vitamin C is a big plus! It makes you feel fresh and balanced. Clean with no medicine smell. Note: Be sure to protect undergarments from any discharge.

I’m currently using the probiotic product. Insertion was agony because the company used hard, extremely dry and *absorbent* food-grade capsules. You know, the kind that need a ton of water to swallow because they stick to your throat? YUP. So without lube, these will stick to you the entire way in and make it painful to move/place. If you have any childbirth injuries, I apologize in advance for your pain. 🤮 The capsule got “stuck” halfway in due to absorbing moisture, so the only way I could get it the rest of the way in is by pushing it in sideways. Omg the nausea and pain from a sideways suppository is unreal. I had to lay down in bed for two hours waiting for the pill to dissolve enough for the pain to pass. Please, please spare yourself the pain and buy some lube to go with these products. On top of that, they have the capsule edge exposed around the middle. Sharp-edged pill capsules are really painful to stick in a vagina. I’ll update on if this clears BV or not.
