So I actually do not know where all these other negative reviews are coming from. I personally did not have any itching or burning, and I have historically had sensitivities in my basement. I go to the bathroom and put one in right before bed. This gives the capsule time to disolve and get to work. I do use a disposable applicatior, like one would put a gel or cream in, to make sure its up in there. The only thing I will mention is you do end up with some tan/light brown discharge eventually, so make sure you use a liner. Also, the ones I recieved are also the yellowish brown powder, which people are saying looks sus. Anyways, I had a good experience, but your mileage may vary I guess.

Love these for when my body feels a little bit "off." (Long travel, too long in workout clothes, etc.) I dealt with reoccurring discomfort for well over a year and since finding this brand (these and the killer ones), I have had literally zero issues.

I would not recommend this to anyone. First dose was ok. Second caused vaginal burning which was uncomfortable but I decided to “bite the bullet” and continue using it as directed. Boy, that was the wrong move! With third dose the terrible vaginal burning was so severe that I had to get up and wash it out for some time until almost all of it came out. It was a horrible experience. Possible culprits include vitamin C and other acidic ingredients in addition to the cultures that they claim are shelf stable and don’t require refrigeration. All I can say is I am not trying it again. I informed the company, but they did not respond - albeit they were eager to respond when I posed question about storage which is a very legitimate and important question considering that the item is probiotic. Some require refrigeration while others do not - so it is expected that manufacturer provides this information to the consumer. Yet they did not. When i contacted them I was instructed to keep it in a room temperature and that even if they end up changing color due to humidity in the room, not to worry about it. While this response seemed a bit on a strange side, I figured that I would avoid humid environment altogether. Yet I ended up throwing it into the garbage instead. It is a dangerous product. Stay away!

*** UPDATE LADIES PLEASE READ!! If you’re experiencing those yeast like symptoms from the overgrowth of good bacteria with these capsules.. buy the killer or any other brand of boric acid and mix mix mix!! A little work yes, but so worth it and keeps bv away!! Also saves money. I only use a quarter of the flora power capsule and I dump it into the top half of a boric acid capsule. You may have to dump just a small bit of the boric acid out but not much. This works and leaves me itch and swelling free. Only use a half of a capsule or a touch more if you really feel like you’re off balance but the key is to do this weekly. One flora power capsule gives me 3 to 4 uses. I personally use Monistat boric acid capsules, they are cheap!! You can buy separate empty capsules but I don’t think it’s really necessary. No clue what advice to give to you ladies who are extra busy lol I only get down twice a week so it works for me 😅😩 If you are having issues, these will absolutely get the job done!! But if you are trying to prevent issues.. I would not recommend. I only use them after sex to ensure freshness but they always cause swelling and itching that lasts for a couple of days. Again, this is if you don’t already have an issue because they are probiotics so if your good bacteria are not out for the count, you’re adding way more than you need. It was so bad I had to dig into my emergency stash of metronidazole to kill some of the good bacteria. They are super strong!!

I was having some issues with BV and elevated PH levels for quite some time. I didn't have many symptoms, but on occasion, I just felt like the scent was too strong down there and something was off. I had tried boric acid, which worked well to neutralize the um—heightened scent, but it didn't quite get my PH low enough - at least not consistently. When I had my PAP, it indicted "possible" BV. My doctor said if I wasn't experiencing symptoms, I didn't need to treat it. However, I was certain this was the culprit of my sometimes "off" scent. This worked extremely well to lower the PH (using at home strips) overnight and get everything feeling normal. In the end, I decided to go ahead do a round of Flagyl, just to be on the safe side, in addition to five days of this product and adding oral probiotics. Things seem to have return to normal. I plan to use this for maintenance - after sex, period, etc. to keep things on the up and up and continue the probiotics - just because I think I could be prone to a flair ups - as I've read it's very common. I didn't have any adverse reactions at all, althought I am hoping this product and probiotics will avoid that. I also didn't have the usual discharge that I experienced with Boric Acid capsules. All and all, I would totally recommend this, especially in combination with Flagyl.

I thought this was the killer boric suppository. After ordering, I realized it was the flora power. Since I had it, I decided to give it a try and It didn’t work for me. It didn’t dissolve what caused me to have irritation.
