First, I am a poor, poor sleeper. Let’s emphasize the poor. These gummies do not blissfully knock me out on their own, but I’ve never found a melatonin gummy that does. As an addition to my sleep medication and other sleep hygiene practices, however, these have been a great find. The 10 mg strength is especially convenient because I can take one gummy instead of two or three of the lower-dose varieties. Considering how regularly I use them, the value for the money is excellent. I’ve gotten completely accustomed to the strawberry flavor and texture. They’re darker, denser, and a little less smooth than the clearer, more gelatin-like gummies I’ve tried, but they’re not grainy or unpleasantly heavy. I’ve tried other brands that I prefer slightly in taste and texture, but for the quantity I go through and the price, these are the ones I consistently keep in the house. Five stars for practicality, convenience, and value!

I purchase this product again and again when it runs out. It's the best melatonin I've ever tried. First of all, it tastes delicious. Second, it works like a charm while other OTC products, or prescription meds have not. I know that after taking 2 of them (the recommended dose) I will have a good night's sleep. I know it's a good product so I feel safe taking it, I have no side effects, and you can't beat the price anywhere. And you get 2 bottles!! If you have problems falling asleep like me (I have medical conditions that keep me from sleeping well), give this a try. Definitely worth it!

These Vitamatic Melatonin gummies have great taste, and are soft - they were fresher than the name brand gummies I had been purchasing. I haven't used them long to determine if there are any side-effects, but I've had no problems initially. They do help me fall asleep and stay asleep, so seem effective. They are much more cost-effective than the name brand, and for a 10 mg chewable, vs. 3 mg.

Chew one, but you need to give it about 30 min to work. Always helps me. However, its woken me up several times after lik2 -3hrs, so not sure what that is due to.

Product was as described. You so have to take it about an hour before you actually want to fall asleep but I love that I'm able to have a restful night's sleep and wake up rested and not groggy
