I've always had problems with the powdered cleaner Nespresso provides. This worked much better to descale my machine. Just make sure you follow your Nespresso model's instructions.

So Easy to use!
The media could not be loaded. Very easy to use and comes with 4 uses. It has a line where you poor out the liquid to so you don’t have to measure it yourself. Make sure to buy the bottle liquid and not the pods so it cleans the inside of the machine!

NOT FOR NESPRESSO VERTUO!
I bought this because Amazon was out of nespresso descaling solution, I had just bout 200 pods and didn’t need to order just the solution from their website. I figured this one will do. It’s just descaling. Wrong! I use it as directed and ran the descaling on my VERTUO but the machine did NOT descale. The orange light now started blinking intermittently. I honestly thought I broke my machine. I talked to the people from nespresso and told them what I did and they suggested I run the descaling with the intended nespresso descaling solution. I ordered that, ran the descaling process again and my machine works great. I think this product is not intended for certain coffee machines. Nespresso VERTUO owners be warned.
