Renaissance Robin Hood Deluxe Kids Costume Set for Halloween Dress Up Party

We loved the costume and the kiddo even won a costume contest, lol. The color is a more vibrant green than the image on the order page shows so the green Robin Hood style hat will match. The quality is really nice and all the metal detailing was nice, I just repainted them metals to all match. The only thing we didn't like was the belt, it was such poor quality compared to the rest of the costume.

Surprisingly good quality vest. We ordered the XL for my 9 year old who is in the 95th percentile for height. The vest, Cape, hood and pants fit great, except the sleeves are short, but the gloves, boot covers and belts were all small. (He's not chubby. ) He's been running around with it on saying " I love this cape!!!! I am Robin Hood!!!!" So, I would say we're happy with it. It really looks great.

The shirt and pants are pretty good. My son is 4' 2", and 55lbs and this costume is a little on the big side; but that will allow for clothes to go underneath (usually cooler in the northeast). The top is fake leather, which is fine, but it has a giant crease down the frontI hope crease comes out over the next month. The gloves are horrendous, see picture. This glove is on an adults hand, awful! The boots are just as terrible, so we'll be just wearing sneakers.

I bought this for my 7 year old for Christmas. He loves it! The costume had surprisingly thick fabric. It seems durable. He loves playing robin hood with his 3 brothers. It holds up well for dress up and boy play. The pants were missing in our set so that is the only down side. It did look like it had been opened previously. I didn't mind though since it is not a vital part. Overall I would highly recommend it.

I bought this for my sons renaissance festival at school. I would say that the fit was just a bit left of “fits perfectly”. As for the outfit, it was well made, and honestly I was pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of the costume itself. The only thing my son did not wear was the gloves. He did not like the feel of them, so we just left them off :) I do recommend this product!

The vest and hood/cape part are very cute. The sleeves are too short, and the gloves are so huge and misshapen they didn’t even fit my husband. We also ordered a small and same problems- sleeves too short, gloves very big/weird, and the belts are the exact same size though the tags say “S” & “M”. The pants & boot covers fit fine.

Perfect! I ordered the XL for my son, who is average size for an 11 year old. It all fits him perfectly. He loves it, and I have to say I am just so surprised at the quality. For the price, I was not expecting much. I love that it is so well made with a lot of cool details and so many pieces included. The green color is a bit brighter and greener than the picture. It actually looks better in person than the picture. My son didn't even want to take off the pants because "they're so comfortable!" He loves it! It's a super cool costume for boys!

Most of the costume was fine. The pants and top were ok. We got a small (my son is 6, 52”/55lbs) he normally wears size 7 clothes. The belt was way too big. It attaches with Velcro just in one spot so there was no way to tighten it more and it was at least 3inches too big. The gloves were the main thing tho. How were these made for a child? I have pretty large hands. I wear men’s gloves usually because women’s are too small and you can see in the photo that my pinky and thumb don’t even show with the glove fully on. My husband is a big guy and he could even wear them. We immediately packaged it up for a return.
