You may wish to try using our Dr. Scholl's Duragel Blister cushions to protect your heel in those shoes. The Duragel cushions are clear and should be barely visible when applied and will provide great protection from rubbing and friction created by a loose heel. **Q: Do these work for mens dress shoes?** A: Sure. If you are having an issue with rubbing at the back of your heels due to a little too much space, they can work quite nicely. **Q: Is this 3 pairs?** A: Yes, the variety pack includes three (3) pairs of heel liners.
